Ordering
Can I order without an account?
Yes. Guest checkout is available. Enter your name, phone and email to place a pickup order. Keep the private order link to check its status.
How do I track an existing order?
Open your private order link, or use Track your order with your order ID and the email or phone entered at checkout.
Pickup & payment
Do you ship orders?
DXS currently offers pickup only. There is no shipping option at checkout. Your order page shows its status and will indicate when it is ready for pickup.
How do I pay for a pickup order?
After an order is placed, the order page provides the existing payment links. Pay the displayed order total and include your order ID in the payment note.
Documentation
Where can I find a certificate of analysis?
Use Lab Documentation to find the product record. No COA files or batch results are currently published in this catalog. Product artwork is not a certificate of analysis.
